Aaron began his legal career in the corporate group at Arnold & Porter in New York. When he moved to Nashville in 2006, he joined Bass, Berry & Sims in their commercial real estate and finance group. In 2011, Aaron left to become the general counsel at H.G. Hill Realty Company. In 2018, Aaron founded the firm. Aaron primarily focuses his practice on the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial real estate and the various other areas of law that come with it, including commercial leasing, property management, and all types of commercial real estate loans.

Aaron received his JD from Cornell Law School with a concentration in business law and regulation. At Cornell Law, Aaron was an Honors Fellow in the Legal Methods program and a John M. Olin Scholar in Law and Economics. He also graduated with honors from the University of Iowa’s Tippie School of Business where he double-majored in Finance and Economics.

Aaron was raised in Iowa and is an avid Iowa Hawkeyes fan. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his children and their dog, Rambo.
